But now travel influencers have one of the most lusted-after jobs on the planet.

In this day and age, where Instagram travel influencers are in abundance, it can be hard to find to sort the wheat from the chaff – so we’ve done the hard work for you.

Here are 30 of our favourite travel-based Instagram accounts that are sure to get your wanderlust hearts fluttering.

As the marketing manager for Amazon, you can say Emily Thomas leads a pretty hectic life. But this doesn’t stop the Seattle, Washington-based woman from moonlighting as an Instagram storyteller.

Her feed is full of lush pictures of nature and Emily sure has a knack for lighting.

Originally from Russia, Polina Burashnikova now resides in Amsterdam but travels often.
